You may send a signed copy of the form along with documents identifying your identity to the email address info@saglamtek.com, deliver it by hand to the address Yaşamkent Mah. 3053. Cadde No: 9 Çankaya/ANKARA, or send it via notary or by using other methods specified in relevant laws and regulations.
In order for SAĞLAMTEK Aviation Defense Inc. to act lawfully and in accordance with the principles of fairness, it is important that the information and documents provided within the scope of the Data Subject Application Form are complete and accurate. Otherwise, all responsibilities shall lie with you, and the rights of SAĞLAMTEK Aviation Defense Inc. are reserved.
SAĞLAMTEK Aviation Defense Inc. will respond to your request free of charge, within the shortest time possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days depending on the nature of the request, and will inform you using the method you selected in the Data Subject Application Form. If the requested action incurs an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Authority may be charged.
